Islamabad: More than 2,000 teachers of Islamabad’s government educational institutions are likely to get time-scale promotion in near future as the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has finalised their cases for the consideration of the Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD).
According to an official in the know, the cases of the time-scale promotion of more than 1,550 female teachers and more than 700 male teachers are ready.
He said he was hopeful that the CADD would examine the cases without delay to the relief of teachers awaiting promotion for long.
The official said the cases of time-scale promotion of other staff members were under consideration.
