Rawalpindi: Pakistan Association of Urological Surgeons with collaboration of experts in stone diseases will inaugurate three-day ‘Regional Conference and Workshop on Kidney Stone therapy’ in Islamabad from September 30 till October 2, says a press release.
The workshop will be attended by Urolithiasis experts from Pakistan and other parts of the world. On the first day of the workshop, specialist surgeons will operate at Benazir Bhutto Hospital and all operations will be shared with the participants via video link at Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
While on the second and third days of workshop, senior kidney stone experts will deliver lectures. Dr. Mohammad Aslam, Chairman of the Board of Management of Rawalpindi Medical College and Allied hospitals, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Umar, Principal, Rawalpindi Medical College, Dr. Asif Qadir Mir, Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital and Dr. Mumtaz Ahmad, President, Pakistan Association of Urology , Head of the Department RMC and Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Dr. Noor, Chairman of Stone Disease Experts and other Doctors will also participate in a workshop. Workshop will be attended by more than 400 delegates from different countries of the world including Pakistan.
