Ministry seeks Hujjaj feedback
Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has sought feedback about quality of Haj arrangements in 2016 from Hujjaj who performed the religious obligation under both government and private schemes.
A questionnaire (feedback form) in that regard had recently been uploaded on the ministry’s website www. hajjinfo.org to improve Hajj arrangements in future, a ministry official told APP on Monday.
The official said the comprehensive questionnaire covered details about quality of residential facilities, meal, transport, and other facilities provided to the pilgrims in Saudi Arabia besides the facilities provided in Haji camps, quality of Haj training, imparted before departure for Haj, performance of the ministry, behaviour of airport and flight crew and flight punctuality. The information, he said, would help the ministry improve Haj arrangements next year.
