This refers to the letter, ‘Flyover needed’ (September 23) by Engr Asim. The writer is right about the traffic mess at this particular point and many other railway crossings as well, especially when these are closed before arrival of trains for our safety. Can we do what is in our control and responsibility as disciplined road users by obeying traffic signals?
Patience is a basic requirement when using a road either as a driver or pedestrian. We will need flyovers all over the country if we do not improve our traffic sense. Hopefully traffic congestion in many sections of Hazara Trunk Road will be eased to a large extent after the Hazara Expressway being constructed under the CPEC is completed.
