The increasing number of robberies, thefts, car lifting and other forms of snatching and grabbing depicts a picture of complete lawlessness in Karachi. It seem as though these people are licensed to rob and kill. Who has given them this licence?
The concerned authorities should look into the matter and bring the culprits to book. If the situation persists, Karachi will never see peace.
