LAHORE
The city witnessed partly cloudy weather and received scattered rain on Tuesday while the Met office predicted similar weather conditions for Wednesday (today).
The Met officials said weak seasonal low lies over North Balochistan while a fresh westerly wave is also likely to enter upper parts of the country tonight and likely to affect upper and central parts of the country during next two to three days.
They said monsoon currents are penetrating eastern parts of the country
The Met officials predicted mainly hot and humid weather in most parts of the country while rain-thunderstorm (with isolated heavy fall) accompanied by gusty winds is expected at scattered places in Islamabad, upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad divisions), KP (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, DI Khan, Bannu, Kohat divisions), Fata, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir while at isolated places in Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Zhob, Mirpurkhas and Hyderabad divisions.
