Islamabad: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Maroof Afzal has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Establishment Division with immediate effect and until further order.
According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division Hassan Iqbal a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service presently posted as Secretary CADD is assigned additional charge of post of Chairman CDA for a period of three months.
