Hot and humid weather with chances of rain at scattered places is expected in the provincial metropolis on Sunday (today).
A seasonal low lies over north-Balochistan and its adjoining area. A westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country and likely to persist during next 24 hours. Weather remained hot and humid in most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred at scattered places in upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sargodha divisions), Islamabad and Kashmir. The maximum temperature in the city was 33 degrees Celsius while humidity was in excess of 70 percent.
