Boy dies in accident

DASKA: A boy was killed while his brother sustained injuries in a road accident in area of city police on Saturday.

Rehan and his brother were going to bazaar on a motorcycle when a speeding tractor hit them, leaving them injured critically. They were shifted to Civil Hospital where Rehan died.

BOY ELECTROCUTED: A boy was electrocuted on Saturday.

A 15-year-old son of Raza Khan was repairing an electricity wire at his shop on Sambrial Road when he suffered a fatal electric shock. GIRL ABDUCTED: A girl was abducted on Saturday.

Accused Afzal and his accomplice abducted 16-year-old daughter of Malik in the area of Sadr police. They kidnapped the girl when she was going to a tuition centre.

CASH SNATCHED: Two robbers snatched cash from two men on Saturday. Khalid and his son were going to home after drawing Rs 200,000 from a bank when two bandits intercepted them and snatched the cash and a cell phone. SUICIDE BID: A married woman Saturday attempted suicide in the area of Motra police. Reportedly, the woman used to quarrel with her family members and on the day of the incident she took poisonous pills and was shifted to Civil Hospital when her condition deteriorated.
