LAHORE: Pakistan lost their opening match of the four-nation under-21 hockey tournament being played in Germany.
Pakistan lost their opening tie against Germany, the reigning World Junior Champions, 2-5. Bilal Qadir and Shan Irshad were the scorers for Pakistan. In the other match Belgium defeated Netherlands 3-2.
