Man perishes in train accident

A man lost his life in a train accident in the City Railway Police limits on Friday. Kashif Ghani, 20, died as he came under the wheels of a goods train near the Masan Railway Phatak situated at the Mai Kolachi Road, while he was crossing a track.
Man drowns
The drowned body of an unidentified man, said to be 30 years old, was found floating in a nullah near the Korangi No-3 in the Korangi police area.
A police party took the body to the JPMC for legal formalities, where a medico-legal officer said the body was at least six days old and the cause of death was drowning.
