Judicial actions
It is very positive to see the Punjab judiciary getting into action in cleaning their own ranks and planning to dispense justice to the masses more efficiently. In the same spirit, I would also like to suggest to the judiciary to ensure that all ‘stay orders’ taken out by government employees and parliamentarians to stop their dismissal from service, be vacated and in future stay-orders to government employees only be allowed for three months and after having been approved by a panel of judges.
This will help ensure that all corrupt and inefficient government employees who have been removed from service but are still working on their post due to a court stay order are removed and competent new workers are appointed. This will help improve the working of government offices and also help end corruption.
