Gold rates rise Rs1,465 per tola

KARACHI: Gold prices increased by Rs1,465 per tola on Saturday in the local market following an increase in the international market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, gold rates reached Rs358,465 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs1,256 to Rs307,325.Gold rates increased by $13 to $3,369 per ounce in the international market. Typically, gold prices in the local market are adjusted by a premium of $20 against rates in the international market.Silver rates, however, decreased Rs11 to Rs3,785 per tola. Similarly, 10-gram silver rates also dropped by Rs9 to Rs3,245.
