No relief

The federal budget for FY2025/26 was presented by the finance minister on June 10, 2025. The budget, in my opinion, is quite unsatisfactory. No significant relief has been provided to the salaried classes and no new measures have been announced to bring the untaxed sectors into the revenue net.
Increases in EOBI pensions for private sector employees have, once again, been sidelined. I would urge the federal government to review this budget and try to provide more concrete relief to Pakistanis.
