On deaf ears

It is almost certain that no one will pay any heed to the PTI founder’s call for protests against the federal budget released on Monday (June 9, 2025). It seems that the people are increasingly fed-up with the PTI leader’s constant calls for protests. How can one expect ordinary citizens coping with poverty, discrimination and lack of social support to protest every other month.
Hopelessness casts a dark shadow over the lives of countless individuals, eroding their belief in a brighter future and hindering their ability to navigate life's challenges. Our leaders need to read the minds of the people before asking them to protest.
