LAHORE:Pakistan’s first Virtual Centre for Child Safety has been launched under the Safe City Authority in Punjab to help recover missing children and elderly citizens.
A dedicated team from the 'Mera Pyar' programme will trace missing individuals, contact families, and verify identities. Citizens can report cases by calling helpline 15 and pressing 3, or through the Punjab Police Safety App. A national helpline (0309-0000015) has also been introduced, allowing reports via call.
