LAHORE: Rahim Yar Khan police rescued five abducted persons during a targeted intelligence-based operation in the Kacha Razi area.
According to the Punjab police spokesperson, Rahim Yar Khan police cordoned off the area and safely recovered the hostages after an intense exchange of fire with the criminals.
The recovered included Naeem Soomro, Kamran Sheikh, Irfan Langah, Shahbaz Sheikh, and Abdul Sattar, who were reportedly abducted days earlier from Sadiqabad and Bhong.
