Fire incidents reported during Eid holidays
LAHORE:A series of minor fire incidents were reported across various parts of Lahore during Eid holidays, with Rescue 1122 teams responding promptly and bringing all blazes under control.
No major casualties were reported, though a few individuals sustained minor injuries. A fire broke out at a private laboratory on Lawrence Road and no injuries were reported. In Shahdara, a solar panel reportedly caught fire and rescue teams reached extinguished the flames. A fire erupted at a house on Sheesh Mahal Road in the Bhatti Gate area and it was brought under control without any casualties. A more significant response was seen at a restaurant in Gulshan Ravi, where a fire caused slight injuries to three people.
At Sundar Industrial Estate, a fire was reported from a factory. Rescue teams extinguished the fire. The blazes were extinguished at a scrap shop on Raiwind Manga Road and at a house located in Khokhar Chowk, Johar Town.
