PAF-IAST convocation on Saturday
HARIPUR: The Pak-Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST) will hold its first convocation ceremony at the Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad, on May 31.
The graduates from various academic disciplines, including computing, engineering, biomedical sciences, information design, railways and transportation engineering, would be awarded degrees. Rector Prof Dr Mohammad Mujahid said that the industry leaders, international academic partners, faculty, graduates and their families would attend the convocation.
He added that students had participated in split-degree and exchange programmes, while faculty members had contributed to collaborative research, technology transfer, and curriculum co-development with global partners. Notable alliances include FH Joanneum and MCI Innsbruck (Austria), THWS (Germany), Coventry University and University of Salford.
