Islamabad: Federal education secretary Nadeem Mahbub visited the National Special Education Centre & Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Developmental Disorders in H-8/4 in Islamabad.
He reviewed facilities, engaged with educators and emphasised a technical, holistic approach to empower special needs children toward self-reliance. The secretary said He highlighted the need for comfortable spaces for parents, green areas and uplifting environments, and enhanced therapy and classroom infrastructure. The secretary reaffirmed the ministry's commitment to inclusive, accessible education.
