NUST open houses put transformative solutions on display
Islamabad: The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) held a series of open houses across three of its institutions — the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering (SCEE), the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (SEECS), and the School of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (SMME).
The events provided a dynamic platform for final-year students to present cutting-edge projects, while fostering close collaboration between NUST and the industry. The Open Houses celebrated the ingenuity, collaboration, and forward-thinking ethos that define NUST.
Students from Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and GIS programmes presented as many as 54 final-year design projects at SCEE’s open house and job fair with participation from over 60 top-tier organisations — including FWO, NDMA, NESPAK, WAPDA, and others.
