Green opportunity

It is excellent news that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to legalise the cultivation of cannabis (hemp) in some districts. With the deregulation of the cannabis industry around the world, now is the chance for Pakistan to establish a new cannabis and hemp farming and oil extraction industry.
With ever increasing demand for oils derived from cannabis and hemp plants in the USA and the EU and a limited supply of plants in these countries, there is an opportunity for Pakistan to fill the gap in the market. The industry will also promote advanced agriculture and extraction technologies and can help create thousands of jobs.
