TNFJ high-level meeting held
Islamabad: The Secretary General of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ), Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, declared that the embarrassed reaction of global powers to India’s war ambitions, following the Pahalgam drama, is nothing but hypocrisy. He stated this while addressing a high-level meeting of the TNFJ Federal Council officials in Islamabad, says a press release.
Allama Imami emphasised that China’s clear and firm position on Pakistan-India tensions has proven it to be a sincere and true friend of Pakistan. However, he noted that messages of goodwill from Muslim countries are noticeably absent during these critical times. He stressed that the determination and spirit of Pakistan’s military leadership for national defence reflect the aspirations of the people, and that the political leadership should demonstrate the same passion and commitment.
Allama Imami further emphasised that the government must take the initiative to form a unified national stance by organising an All-Parties Conference (APC). He also noted that the head of TNFJ, Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi, by observing ‘Youm-e-Azm Difa-e-Pakistan’ (Defence Determination Day), has proven that national security and defence are supreme. The meeting concluded with special prayers for national security and defence.
