Chinese team visits PU

LAHORE : A Chinese delegation Saturday visited the Department of History and Pakistan Studies of the University of the Punjab.

On the occasion, Dean Faculty of Arts & Humanities Prof Dr Mahboob Hussain welcomed the guests and introduced the department’s academic programs and distinguished faculty. Discussions centered on academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and potential partnerships with Chinese universities. Dr Mahboob described the visit as a significant step toward enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation in historical and regional studies, expressing hope for future academic ties and shared learning opportunities.
