Muted response

India’s unilateral decision to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty, following a terror attack in IIOJK that India has linked to Pakistan, further exacerbates existing tensions between the two nations. India’s financial and diplomatic influence appears to have resulted in a muted international response to its actions.

Given these circumstances, it is imperative that Pakistan exercises caution and prioritises the resolution of its internal challenges to bolster its strength and resilience on the international stage. A firm and resolute approach is essential in navigating this evolving geopolitical landscape.
