AWKUM body reviews budget estimates for 2025-26
MARDAN: The Finance and Planning committee of the Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) in its 30th meeting on Thursday reviewed the single point agenda of reviewing the revised estimates for the CFY 2024-25 and budget estimates for FY 2025-26.
The meeting was attended by Director Finance, Higher Education Commission, Ms Samina Durrani, Special Secretary to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Department, Mr Ghulam Saeed, Deputy Secretary Finance Department, Ms Warda Latif, Dean Faculty of Physical and Numerical Sciences, Prof Dr Sher Afzal Khan, Dean Faculty of Chemical and Life Sciences, Prof Dr Saleemullah, Prof Dr Aurangzeb Khan, Prof Dr Anwar Hussain, Ibrar Hussain, Director P&D, Adil Khan, Hassan Khan, Registrar and Dr Muhammad Faizan Malik, treasurer.
The meeting was chaired by Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Zahir Shah. The participants discussed the revised estimates for the CFY 2024-25 and budget estimates for the next FY
2025-26.The forum appreciated the university’s efforts towards increasing revenue through its own source.
