Bus driver suspended after death of senior citizen

LAHORE:The Punjab University (PU) administration has suspended bus driver Shahjahan Farooq after a tragic incident that claimed the life of a senior citizen. According to the university's spokesperson, further action will be taken against the driver under the PEEDA Act. The accident occurred when the senior citizen was struck by the university bus, leading to his demise.
