11th board meeting of KVDA held
PESHAWAR: The 11th board meeting of the Kalash Valleys Development Authority was held at the Tourism Secretariat here.The meeting was attended by the director of Culture and Tourism Authority, deputy commissioner, board members including former Special Assistant Wazir Zada, Sartaj Ahmed Khan and other dignitaries.
The primary agenda of the meeting was the election of a new chairman for the board. Renowned legal expert Muhammad Ali Advocate was unanimously elected as the new chairman of the Kalash Valleys Development Authority for a one-year term.
During the session, participants paid tribute to the outgoing chairman, Prince Maqsood-ul-Mulk, for his dedicated services. His leadership and commitment played a vital role in the progress of the authority. The board expressed confidence that Prince Maqsood would continue to contribute significantly to the authority’s development in the future.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment by all board members and associated departments to work collectively for the sustainable development and promotion of the Kalash valleys.
