Ashab wins St. Louis Open

KARACHI: Pakistan’s M Ashab Irfan has emerged victorious in the $15,000 St. Louis Open in the United States on Friday. Fourth seed Ashab defeated Charloe Lee from England 11-7, 11-2, 11-6 in 37 minutes in the final to claim the title.
Ashab Irfan, a 20-year-old Pakistani resident in Houston, USA, has been consistently producing impressive results over the last two years. Now, his ranking will jump from 66 to 57 and he will be the leading Pakistan players in the PSA rankings.
