National Games in Quetta in November: POA

KARACHI: Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) on Wednesday announced that the 33rd National Games would be held in Quetta from November 5-12.
It took the decision after holding a meeting with the Balochistan government and the provincial Olympic body on Wednesday in Quetta.
“A high-level delegation of the POA comprising president Lt Gen (retd) Syed Arif Hasan, vice-president Chaudhry Mohammad Yaqoob and secretary Khalid Mehmood held a meeting with the officials of Balochistan government and Balochistan Olympic Association (BOA) and it has been decided that the 33rd National Games shall be held from November 5-12, 2016, at Quetta,” the POA said in a press release. The 32nd National Games were hosted by Punjab in Lahore in 2012.
