SC fixes pleas against transfer of judges to IHC from other high courts

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) will take up on April 14, pleas of six judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC) challenging the transfer of judges to the high court from various high courts.
A five-member bench headed by Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar will hear the joint petitions, filed by six judges of the IHC including Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani. The six judges had challenged the transfer of judges from various high courts to Islamabad High Court (IHC).
