ETPB recovers Rs463.3m out of Rs1.71bn dues
Total dues are Rs1.71 billion, out of which Rs463.3 million have been recovered
ISLAMABAD: The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) has recovered a total of Rs463.3 million from various districts from rent and lease payments related to ETPB properties.
According to sources, Lahore-1 has recovered Rs136.4 million, Peshawar Rs118.7 million, Rawalpindi Rs46 million, Sukkur Rs94.6 million, Karachi Urban and Rural Rs48.5 million, Hassan Abdal Rs15 million, Lahore-2 Rs49 million, Multan Rs42 million, Sahiwal Rs10 million, Layyah Rs10.4 million, Sialkot Rs10.4 million, Sargodha Rs4.8 million, Gujarat Rs27.9 million, Bannu Rs5.5 million, Bhakkar Rs11 million, Gujranwala Rs6.9 million, Faisalabad Rs6 million, Sheikhupura Rs1.8 million, Okara Rs3 million, Kasur Rs2.5 million and Bahawalpur recovered Rs3 million.
The total dues are Rs1.71 billion, out of which Rs463.3 million have been recovered.
Three cities, Jhang, Hyderabad and Quetta, have zero progress. Jhang’s dues are Rs40.3 million, Hyderabad’s Rs70.97 million and Quetta’s Rs10.09 million.
