PKI rally calls for strict action against BLA activities
PKI urges govt to take action against Akhtar Mengal, Mahrang, and their associates to eliminate anti-national elements
MULTAN: Activists of Pakistan Kisan Ittehad (PKI) raised slogans against BLA terrorism and the recent incidents in Balochistan and demanded strict action against Akhtar Mengal and Dr Mahrang here on Thursday.
The PKI activists took out a rally from Multan Press Club to Nawanshahr Chowk under the leadership of PKI President Khalid Khokar and protested against BLA terrorist acts and attacks on Punjabi workers.
Addressing the rally, PKI President Khalid Khokar accused Akhtar Mengal and Mahrang Lango of belonging to India and being RAW agents. He said that the blood of Punjabi workers in Balochistan will be avenged and the enemies of Pakistan will be brought to justice. The rally participants raised slogans for ending terrorism and national integrity. The protesters said that they are well-wishers of the Baloch people, but terrorist elements are conspiring, which is not acceptable.
