Wounded youth overpowers bandit

LAHORE:Bandits injured a 16-year-old youth, who despite being wounded overpowered one of the gunmen in the Lower Mall area. The suspects intercepted Abdul Wahab and shot him when he resisted during a mobile phone robbery.The incident was captured on CCTV where the teenager is seen fighting bravely despite being wounded and succeeded in overpowering one of the suspects while his two accomplices fled the scene.Wahab with the help of bystanders captured one robber and handed him over to Lower Mall police. The police seized the suspects’ bike and a pistol.The injured youth was rushed to Mayo Hospital in a critical condition.
