ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Thursday declared former MPA Raja Rashid Hafeez a proclaimed offender for his continuous absence in the Faizabad protest case.
The accused will be indicted at the next hearing. The court of Judge Tahir Abbas Supra dismissed the acquittal applications of Faisal Javed Khan, Wasiq Qayyum and three other accused.
The court also dismissed the application for the termination of the provisions of the case of Faisal Javed Khan.
The court adjourned the hearing until April 8.
A case has been registered against Faisal Javed Khan and other accused in the Industrial Area Police Station.
