ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Tahir Abbas Supra on November 26 sought an explanation from the Investigating Officer (IO) regarding the non-presentation of a challan in the case of allegedly crushing Rangers personnel with a vehicle.
The court expressed its strong anger over the non-presentation of the challan in the case during the hearing on Tuesday. Judge Tahir Abbas Supra said that more than 3 months have passed and why has the challan not come yet? The investigating officer should appear and explain at the next hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case until March 21. A case has been registered against accused Hashim Abbasi at Ramna Police Station.
