KCCI reminds members to renew membership by March 31
KARACHI: The Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has advised all its members to renew their membership by March 31, 2025 to avoid any inconvenience.
According to a statement, the membership renewal process for the year 2025-26 is currently underway at the Karachi Chamber. As per the Trade Organisations Act 2013, the deadline for membership renewal is March 31, 2025.
The KCCI has already notified its members of the renewal deadline through letters, emails and SMS. All members are required to renew their membership by submitting the prescribed fee along with proof of filing their most recent income tax and sales tax returns, if applicable.
The KCCI cautioned that failure to renew membership by March 31 would result in automatic cancellation. To regain membership, affected members would have to undergo the complete re-admission process.
To facilitate renewal, the KCCI has provided multiple payment options. Members can submit their renewal fees via online banking, through bank challans at any branch of Bank Al-Habib, Habib Metropolitan Bank, Meezan Bank Limited and Faysal Bank Limited or via pay order submitted at the KCCI. The payment receipt, along with income tax returns, must be sent to the KCCI. Members who have not received their payment challan can contact the membership department during office hours for assistance.
The KCCI is swiftly issuing membership cards and certificates to its members, which are required for various business purposes.
