PESHAWAR: Despite the Peshawar High Court (PHC) orders, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Javed was stopped at the airport to go to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.

“Peshawar High Court has ordered that I should be allowed to go for Umrah but the authorities stopped me to proceed,” Faisal Javed said while talking to the Geo News.

He said that PHC had issued an order sheet to remove his name from the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) but that did not happen and the court directives were openly violated.
