Hearing in Raoof Hassan case adjourned

ISLAMABAD: The court of Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah has adjourned the hearing while maintaining the show-cause notice issued to the FIA investigation officer for not submitting the challan in the case against PTI leader Raoof Hassan for propaganda against state institutions.

The challan against Rauf Hassan could not be submitted during the hearing on Tuesday, due to which the court adjourned the hearing till March 8 while maintaining the show-cause notice issued to the investigator of the case. The regular trial against Rauf Hassan can be started only after the challan is submitted.
