HYDERABAD: On the application of former Sindhri SHO Niaz Khoso, who is on bail in the murder case of Dr Shahnawaz Kunbhar, the Sindh High Court’s Mirpurkhas circuit court stayed the imposition of the decision of the judicial magistrate.
The Mirpurkhas judicial magistrate had ordered action against Khoso, and to dismiss the case by declaring the police encounter in which Dr Kunbhar was killed as fake.
