Healthcare disparity

I am writing as a concerned citizen of Ghotki to draw attention to the significant healthcare disparities affecting our community. Over the past few years, it has become painfully evident that our local healthcare infrastructure is not keeping pace with the growing needs of our population. Many residents are forced to travel considerable distances to access basic medical services, which often leads to delays in receiving critical care. The scarcity of well-equipped hospitals and clinics in our region means that in times of emergency, families are left with few options. This situation not only places a financial burden on those seeking treatment but also jeopardises the health and safety of our community members.

The shortage of qualified medical professionals further exacerbates these challenges, leaving many without the timely and effective care they desperately need. I urge the relevant authorities to prioritise the development of healthcare facilities in Ghotki. By investing in modern equipment, healthcare workers, and medical services are readily accessible for all, regardless of wealth, we can build a system that better serves our community.
