Ferguson ruled out of Champions Trophy

KARACHI: New Zealand fast bowler Lockie Ferguson has been ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy. Ferguson suffered an injury during a warm-up match on Monday.
The New Zealand Cricket Board has said that a medical panel has determined that Ferguson will not be fit for the Champions Trophy. Now, after this situation, Kyle Jamieson has been included in the New Zealand squad in place of Ferguson.
It should be noted that the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is scheduled in Pakistan and the first match of the event will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi on February 19.
