Payment of LPR encashment now in last month of service
Payment will be subject to a certificate issued with the approval of competent authority

ISLAMABAD: The payment of encashment of leave preparatory to retirement (LPR) will be made now in the last month of service. Controller General of Accounts Islamabad has issued a circular in this regard.
The circular has been issued to AGPR Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Gilgit sub-offices, Accountant Generals of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Chief Accounts Officer Pakistan Post Office and Director Accounts PWD.
The Financial Advisor Pakistan Railways has been directed payment of encashment of next LPR should be made in the last month of service before retirement of an employee.
The payment will be subject to a certificate issued with the approval of competent authority.
