170 Karachiites receive employment offers at job fair
A total of 170 unemployed Karachi residents received immediate job offers on Saturday during a job fair held in the Korangi area, aimed at connecting job seekers with prospective employers.
The event was organised by the non-profit Saylani Welfare International Trust. Approximately 550 job seekers were interviewed by representatives from eight private-sector companies. Out of these, 25 candidates were offered jobs on the spot after completing all necessary employment formalities.
This job fair was part of a series of recruitment events organized by Saylani Welfare. The next fair would take place at Millennium Mall in Gulistan-e-Jauhar on January 25. Subsequent fairs were scheduled for February 1 at Siemens Chowrangi in SITE, February 8 at Qayyumabad, and February 15 at Malir Halt. Representatives from various private sector employers would be present at these events, conducting interviews and offering immediate job opportunities to candidates who meet the required qualifications.
