Provincial, national issues discussed as PM visits Sharjeel’s residence
Sindh CM and governor accompanied prime minister to residence of Sharjeel Memon
KARACHI: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the residence of Sindh’s Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon during his visit to Karachi on Wednesday.
On the occasion of the visit to the residence of Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Memon, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, along with federal ministers Muhammad Aurangzeb, Mosaddiq Malik and Atta Tarar, accompanied the prime minister.Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Governor Sindh Kamran Tussori also accompanied the prime minister to the residence of Sharjeel Memon.
On this occasion, senior PPP leader Syed Khursheed Shah, Senator Naveed Qamar, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Speaker Sindh Assembly Syed Owais Qadir Shah, provincial minister Saeed Ghani, Special Assistant Qasim Naveed Qamar, MNA Col (retd) Asad Aslam Niazi, and others were also present.
Senior Minister Memon and his son, Rawal Sharjeel Memon, warmly welcomed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif upon his arrival at their residence.
During the meeting, the prime minister congratulated the senior minister on the birth of his grandson. In response, the senior minister expressed his gratitude to the PM for the honour of hosting him. The meeting, held in a cordial atmosphere, included discussions on national and provincial matters, among other issues.
