Chicken’s soaring prices panic citizens
HAFIZABAD: Artificial increase in broiler chicken meat prices and other edible items in Hafizabad are cause of concern for the citizens.
The meat of broiler chicken, which was being sold for Rs 500 per kg a few weeks ago, has now exceeded Rs 700 per kg. The prices of eggs, mutton and beef are also increasing due to local administration’s apathy.
Instead of visiting markets, the price control magistrates send clerical staff to impose fines, which makes inflation uncontrollable. The mafia is robbing the citizens by extracting the rates of their own choice.
Police equipped with modern technology: District police have implemented plans
for the welfare of the police force and equipping the police with modern technology. This approach, along with encircling the accused in the entire district, has resulted in record recoveries from the accused.
According to sources, the professionalism of police high-ups has united the police to fight against crimes. Continuing this approach, police have recovered seven motorcycles and six agricultural motors from the accused.
