Speaker accepts minority MQM MNA’s resignation
National Assembly Secretariat issues notification of vacant seat after resignation of Mohan Manjiani

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has accepted the resignation of minority member of National Assembly Mohan Manjiani belonging to the MQM-Pakistan.
The National Assembly Secretariat issued the notification of vacant seat after the resignation of Mohan Manjiani. According to the notification of National Assembly Secretariat, “Mr Mohan Manjiani, MNA has tendered his resignation from the seat of Member, National Assembly reserved for Non-Muslim under clause (1) of Article 64 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and thereupon his seat has become vacant with effect from 31 December, 2024.”
