KHAR: Political leaders from Bajaur Agency on Sunday demanded an amendment in the Constitution in order to extend the Supreme Court and high courts jurisdiction to Fata.Speaking at a press conference, leaders of the Bajaur Seyasi Ittehad Aurangzeb Inqilabi, Gul Afzal Khan, Sardar Khan and others rejected the proposed Fata Council draft. They asked the government to do away with the Article 247 of the Constitution. “Article 247 is the root cause of all ills in Fata,” Aurangzeb said.
