3,600 cops on security duty for Quaid-e-Azam’s birth anniversary, Christmas

The Karachi police are performing its duties at different places of the city for the Quaid-e-Azam’s birthday and Christmas security, said city police chief Additional IG Javed Alam Odho on Tuesday.
He said a total of 3,594 police officers and men are present at 699 churches for Christmas security. There are 1,628 police personnel deployed at 469 churches in District East, in West district, 797 police personnel are deployed at 121 churches, and a deployment of 1,169 police personnel has been made at 109 churches in the South district, while police mobiles and motorcyclists are also patrolling the city.
