Sources say inclusion of individuals from private sector raises question of conflict of interest

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA), Dr Quaid Saeed, has resigned.
Talking to The News, sources close to Dr Quaid said he had reservations about the functioning and composition of the regulatory authority’s newly-established board. The sources said the inclusion of individuals from the private sector raises the question of conflict of interest.
